Ice Cream Strawberry Flavor Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 pints strawberries, washed and bulled
• ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 ½ cups heavy cream

Preparations:

1. Puree the strawberries in a food processor. 
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Pour the mixture into the bowl of the SNO ice cream maker and freeze.
